Bi Luo Chun originates from China's Dongting region and has been considered one of China's most prized green teas for centuries. It is created from young spring tea buds hand-picked during the short time of the first harvest. Its delicate flavor and fresh aroma create a calm, elegant brew ideal for lovers of subtle green teas.
Taste: The brew is soft, subtly sweet and harmonious, with noticeable notes of young leaves and a delicate vegetal freshness. The whole remains light and elegant, without excessive bitterness.
Aromat: Fresh and subtle, with delicate notes of flowers, young tea buds and a light vegetal sweetness characteristic of the spring harvest.
Dried appearance: Finely twisted leaves and buds in shades of dark and olive green, with bright tips of young shoots visible. The dryness is fine, light and characteristically spirally curled.
Dry ingredients: green tea 100%
Country of origin: China
Preparation suggestion: Pour about 2-3 grams of tea into 200 ml of water at 70-80°C and brew for about 1.5-2 minutes. The lower temperature preserves the delicacy of the infusion and the subtle, fresh notes characteristic of young leaves.
Bi Luo Chun is also well suited for subsequent brewing - subsequent infusions become milder, but still retain their fresh and harmonious character.

The dried tea is recommended to be stored in a dry and cool place. The product may contain Almonds.

On a peaceful morning:
Bi Luo Chun tastes best drunk slowly, when its delicate aroma and fresh character can fully develop. The light brew is perfect for a calm start to the day and a moment of tranquility.
For light desserts:
Its subtle sweetness goes well with fruits, delicate cakes and light chocolate. The tea does not dominate the flavors, but gently enhances and refreshes them.
Cold brew:
When brewed cold, it gains an even softer and fresher profile. The brew becomes light, naturally sweet and extremely refreshing during warmer days.
Signature: a spring tea ritual:
Bi Luo Chun is best found in quiet moments of celebration of everyday life - with bright light, a ceramic teapot and a moment of silence. Its subtle aroma and elegant character build an atmosphere of lightness inspired by the first spring harvest.
