STGFOPI's Assam Dikom comes from the Assam region of northeastern India, where the Camellia assamica variety - known for its deep, intense character - is grown. The Dikom plantation is one of the most highly regarded in the region and has long been renowned for producing teas with a high standard and refined profile.
This is a rarer grade, based on very fine, carefully selected leaves with an even texture, which produce an aromatic, dark red brew with a naturally honeyed character. In this rendition, Assam shows its more elegant side - still distinctive, but noticeably smoother and more harmonious.
Taste: Rich, deep and structured, with a distinct malty base characteristic of Assam. Notes of honey, cocoa and slightly toasted bread emerge in the brew, creating a full but smooth profile. The whole is harmonious, with a long, warm finish and less astringency than in classic, stronger Assams.
Aromat: Warm and refined - notes of malt, delicate chocolate and natural honeyed sweetness dominate.
Appearance: Fine, carefully selected leaves with an even texture, broken by numerous golden tips. The high quality of STGFOPI's sorting is evident in the purity and consistency of the dried leaves.
Dry ingredients: Assam black tea 100%
Country of origin: India
Preparation suggestion: Pour about 2-3 grams of tea per 200 ml of water at 95-100°C and brew for 2 to 3 minutes. With a shorter time, the infusion will be softer and honey-like, while longer brewing will bring out more depth and intensity.
Thanks to the high quality of the leaf, the tea is also well suited for a second brewing - it will be milder, but will still retain its character.

The dried tea is recommended to be stored in a dry and cool place. The product may contain Almonds.

A peaceful morning
Brewed classically, it gives a full-bodied but balanced brew that wakes you up well without being too heavy. Ideal for starting the day when you want to get into a rhythm slowly and deliberately. Stable, but not overwhelming.
In an elegant version
Served in fine china, without additives, it allows its structure and purity of flavor to shine through. It's a way to appreciate the details - the subtle transitions between malt and honey notes. Simple, but very deliberate.
Afternoon quietness
Brewed for a shorter time, it becomes softer and gentler, ideal for a moment's pause. It blends well with silence, a book and the quiet pace of the day. Lighter, but still distinctive.
Signature - velvety depths
Use a little more leaf and shorten the brewing time for an intense but smooth brew. The flavor becomes more concentrated, with a distinct malt and honey line. This is a version that shows the class of this tea.
