Apple Blossom is a tea inspired by a peaceful spring garden full of fresh light and blooming trees. Green Sencha combined with apple, lemongrass and delicate flowers creates a subtle, harmonious composition with an extremely light character. The infusion tastes fresh, natural and very elegant.

Preparation suggestion: It is best to brew it in water at 70-80°C for about 2-3 minutes. This will help the green tea retain its freshness, and the delicate apple and floral notes will develop a light and very harmonious aroma without excessive bitterness.
One teaspoon of dry is sufficient for a 250 ml cup. The brew tastes exceptionally subtle both hot and chilled - especially as a light spring cold brew.
