A consumer who has entered into a remote contract has the right to withdraw from the contract without giving any reason by making a statement to that effect in writing within 14 days (legal basis: "Articles 27, 28, 29, 31, 37 and 38 of the Consumer Rights Act). This period is a deadline and is calculated from the date of delivery of the item, and when the contract concerns the provision of a service - from the date of its conclusion. To meet this deadline it is sufficient to send a statement before its expiration to the address of the Store.

In the case of withdrawal from a contract concluded at a distance, the contract is considered not concluded. What the parties have provided shall be returned unchanged, unless the change was necessary within the limits of ordinary management.

The return should be made immediately, no later than within 14 days. The purchased goods should be returned to the address of the Store. the cost of return is paid by the Buyer.
