Raspberry sorbet

Ingredients:

  • 600 g frozen raspberries
  • 4 tablespoons of White Rose tea
  • 400 ml of water
  • 4-6 tablespoons of honey, such as linden honey

Method of preparation:

  1. We brew the tea in 400 ml of water. Cool and refrigerate in the refrigerator.
  2. Put raspberries (frozen) into a tall container, pour in the cooled tea. Blend to a smooth paste.
  3. Add honey, sweetening as desired.
  4. Thus prepared sorbet is ready for consumption. However, if you want a more compact consistency, then the mousse is put into a container and refrigerated in the freezer for about 2 hours. If you forget about the ice cream and want to eat it, for example, the next day, then take the ice cream out of the freezer 1 hour before consumption.
  5. For example, serve ice cream with whipped cream and fruit.
