The Delicious Magic of Christmas

Ingredients:

• Magic of Christmas Tea
• orange peel
• cloves
• anise stars
• cane sugar

Method of preparation:
Pour 200ml of water at 95°C over 1 teaspoon of tea and a star anise. Cover and steep for 3 minutes, then separate the leaves from the infusion. Slice the orange and stuff it with cloves. Add the orange slices and cloves to the brewed tea.
