Summer cheesecake with fruit

Ingredients:
- 800 g homogenized cheese
- 8 tablespoons of Happy Kids tea
- 5 teaspoons of gelatin
- 2 lemon jellies
- 800 g strawberries + a few for decoration
- 7 tablespoons of cane sugar
- lemon balm for decoration
Method of preparation:
- Dissolve the lemon jelly in two cups of water (500 ml), add 4 tablespoons of sugar. Let cool.
- Steep the tea in 2 cups (500 ml) of water for about 10-12 minutes. Strain, add the gelatin and 3 tablespoons of sugar. Let cool.
- Mix the cheese at room temperature with the cooled lemon jelly.
- Line the form (diameter: 24 cm) with rinsed and cleaned strawberries.
- Pour the cheese-jelly mixture over the strawberries.
- Pour the cooled tea jelly into the mold.
- Place the form in the refrigerator (not the freezer) for at least 3-4 hours or overnight.
- Before serving, decorate the cheesecake with strawberry pieces and lemon balm.
