In many countries Oolong teas are described as belonging to the "blue" or "blue-green" variety. Milk Oolong is a premium tea that comes from Anxi in Fujian province. One of a kind, it has a unique flavor, which it owes to going through a special process that allows it to impart a milky aroma. The resulting infusion has a strong yellow-golden color and a milky aftertaste.

Oolong Milk Production Technology:

Gently dried Oolong tea is subjected to the process of natural absorption of the creamy-milky cream, the tea is carefully stirred and allowed a suitable amount of time. The tea is then additionally stored in a hermetically sealed chamber for 24 hours so that the tea can sufficiently absorb the fragrance. Later, it is packed in the target package and finished. As a result of such a specific preparation process, the tea leaves may contain traces of milk.
