Kombucha by Laurent Spain is a dry, slightly sparkling blend inspired by the character of southern Spain. Orange blossom adds a subtle, floral-citrus note that intertwines with the delicate astringency of the fermented green and black tea infusion. The result is light yet distinctive, combining freshness with a more assertive flavor profile. This is a Spanish interpretation of kombucha—full of southern character, yet calm and harmonious.
