It is made from the nectar of wildflowers and meadow blossoms in the Podlasie region, offering the natural flavor and high quality for which Matecznik honeys are renowned.
Matecznik Aged Honey This is 100% natural multifloral honey, harvested from the nectar of wildflowers and the meadows of Podlasie. It has undergone an appropriate aging process, making it ideal as an addition to hot beverages with temperatures up to 65°C. Depending on the harvest period, it may contain nectar and trace amounts of honeydew from, among others, dandelion, rapeseed, heather, linden, elm, cornflower, marsh marigold, and field poppy.
