Its history dates back to the 19th century, when British merchants created compositions to suit the morning rhythm of the day. In this installment, it's a blend of quality teas that combines the power of Assam with the lightness of Ceylon to create an intense but balanced brew. Taste: Strong, expressive and well balanced. Malty and slightly dry notes dominate, with a slight bitterness and full structure. The brew is intense but structured, with a clear, classic finish.

Preparation suggestion: Pour about 2-3 grams of tea per 200 ml of water at 95-100°C and brew for 2 to 4 minutes. A shorter brew will give a more balanced brew, while a longer brew will bring out its intensity and distinct texture.
The tea stands up well to additives - especially milk - which softens its character and emphasizes its malty notes.
The dried tea is recommended to be stored in a dry and cool place. The product may contain Almonds.
