Japanese Matcha(30 g) by TeaTime is made entirely from Tencha, i.e. only the soft part of the leaf blade, without the main and lateral nerves. Tencha is ground traditionally on granite stone slabs, which allow the leaves to be turned into a powder whose individual particles are a few microns in diameter. To maintain a high level of quality, hermetically packed Matcha est is transported to Europe exclusively by air, avoiding large temperature changes during transport.
