Excellent taste and beautiful appearance
Teas are primarily associated with loose, dried leaves or compositions with the addition of fruit, for example. In addition to classic versions, we can also purchase them in more original forms. Tea connoisseurs may be drawn to tea balls, which, while inconspicuous when raw, delight not only with their flavor but also with their unique appearance once brewed.
The flowering teas in question are balls created by hand-rolling tiny, delicate tea leaves with a selected flower. They're unobtrusive on the store shelf—the magic happens when they're dropped into hot water. The tea leaves begin to unfold, revealing hidden layers, until the final layer contains a deeply hidden treasure. As they transform, the ball takes on a rather unusual shape, then transforms into a stately flower. It's best to brew the balls in a clear pot so you can enjoy their appearance while savoring this unique infusion.

Production
Producing such tea is a true work of art. Conjuring such fantastic shapes and creating various floral and botanical arrangements requires special artistic skills and a keen sense of taste. The prepared teas are subject to a "taste test" conducted by professional tasters. In addition to assessing the composition, their task is also to check the leaves and flowers for purity, freshness, and quality.
Brewing method:
Pour water into a 0.5-1 liter jug at the appropriate temperature for the type of tea you're brewing (black teas 95 degrees Celsius, green teas 70-80 degrees Celsius), then gently place the tea ball in the water. Brewing time is 7-9 minutes. After this time, pour the infusion into cups. The flower is ready to be re-brewed. Pour less water over it, gradually increasing the brewing time.
